Portal created not showing up in channel interfaces list
I have created a portal and when i am trying to customize it through channel interfaces i dont see it in the current portal list

Can you trace when you click on channels and interfaces , to see if there is any corrupted portal.
You can try tracing the D_pzAppViews , Rule-portal is the class name for web portal.
Check if the instance is created in Rule-Portal class for Web channel. also verify none of the channels are corrupted.
