personal Ruleset missing in Operator Profile 6.3 SP1

Hi,

We are facing a wiered issue in our Dev environment. When we do a private edit of a rule for debugging/testing suddenly we observe our changes are not working. Problem is the personal ruleset opertaopr@: disappeared from the profile.

We need to re login again to make it appear. This is really annoying for a developer for quick debugging/testing. Can any one please provide your solutions to resovle this issue?

I see HFix-9042 addresses an issue in PRPC 6.3 SP1 where the personal ruleset was disappearing from the profile. Please open an SR and an engineer can review whether this applies to your situation.
