We have created a work type which is marked as temp case on the start case flow but is then persisted at a later stage/step.

So when the persist case smart shape is called, it uses the current pyworkpage details and persists information on it so pxCreateDateTime field for the persisted case is the time when the flow was started - not when it was persisted. This in itself is fine - but the audit on the case has a row for "Item Created" with the time of when the case was persisted.

So pxCreateDateTIme on the case indicates a different time to the time mentioned in the case audit for when it was created. Is this by design?
