performance issues through Internet explorer (v11) for Customer Service Pega 7.3
Hi All,
Did anyone experienced performance (slowness in screen rendering ) issues in IE browser for Pega 7.3 application ?
we are experiencing slowness in IE browser, application is working fine in other browsers example :chrome.

I went through the SR, so it can be something done from Microsoft Edge support.
Yes IE11 has some performance issue when it comes to rendering css code.

Are you observing the issue in specific use cases? and also use case related to Customer service frame work like creating interactions? or generic Pega platform itself.
There are some fixes for memory leak issues for Customer service, need to cross check at your end any memory leak happening from Customer service framework code.
Have you raised any SR with Pega GCS?

My apologize for the delay.
For my comprehension, the latency is through Pega Platform itself.
We have open an SR for that (SR-C60791) but for the support, there is no hotfix to resolve this issue.
