Performance impact of migrating operators and email listeners from pega 6 to pega 7
I have my application running in pega 6 and pega 7 in production environment and is being used by business users for case creation . The business wants to migrate all the users and email listeners through which cases are created from pega 6 to pega 7 . Currently we have around 4000 users in pega 7 and roughly around 3000 cases are being created every day . In pega 6 we have around 1000 users and around 1000 cases are being created every day . The business users in pega 7 already complain of slowness issue . What could be the impact of migrating the users from 6 to 7 and what could be the necessary changes application or server or network side to address the performance .

Before migrating please try to findout the reasons for slowness issue in pega 7 application. Once these are sort out try to do test in lower environment.
