What would be the best way if we need to grant the access to perform the assignments (assigned to user 1) by user 2(also a work party of a case) or other work parties in a given case.

Example: Assignment1 is assigned to user1 work party. User 2(also a work party) also should be able to access and perform the assignment. It will be the same behavior for a particular case type
