Since a week we have been working on issues with Pega CS. When user tries to wrap up an interaction, switching to right document is not working when more than 3-4 service cases (recents documents) are in flight. This is inconsistent issue and able to reproduce good number of times on IE. Currently we are stuck and we need to your team help and thoughts on this issue.

1. Start Interaction (I-1)
2. Start 4-6 service cases (all the processes should have started – respective documents should have created on client side)
3. Start another Interaction (I-2)
4. Switch to first Interaction (I-1)
5. Click on Wrap up

Issue : sometimes switching to second interaction is not property happening and causing for weird UI issues.

Observations so far in erroneous situation: CPM has a declare on change rule which is defined on pxUdpateDateTime property of Declare_pzRecentsCache data page. Typically the Declare OnChange logic takes care of setting the right context. In the erroneous case, the on change rule is not being fired and causing for issue. I’m thinking that there are few asynchrous request are being fired and causing for the issue. We need your team help to see if we can do something from CS and Pega platform side.
