I have pega CSA certification but getting below error when trying to book appointment fot Pega CSSA 8.8

Thanks for all the replies. The problem was there was multiple Person VUE account and finally able to get it recovered.
Im able to see my previous certification . Thanks all for the halp again. Appreciate it !

Is your CSA certification associated with the account that you're trying to schedule with? Check if its reflected in your account history and also the badge is displayed in your Pega profile page.

@SohamM95 Hi Sir, thanks for the reply. Yes my Pega badge is getting reflected in my Pega Academy.
But when i check my Person VUE exam history is blank.
I have the same email id registered in both Person VUE and in Pega Academy

That's the issue, your Pearson VUE account cannot find it in history and so the error is reflected. Did you change your email IDs and signed up for new Pearson VUE account? You need to connect with Pearson VUE and merge your old account first.

Yes i updated my primary id in both Pega academy and in Person VUE.
The old id was registered with my previous company.
How can I request Person VUE for this update?

The issue im facing with this link is it just keeps looping me to same link when I click customer service team.
It doesnt give me an option to raise a ticket or to chat with the team.

I have connected offline today morning, Issue only with while booking the CSSA 8.8, We can able to book the exam CSSA 8.7 and 23 Version.
@Goutham VS Can you update in your old company mail id in your current Pearson Account?
