pegacloud - archival not working
We are also on PEGA cloud 8.3.1 and we are trying to archive our cases. I have saved the pyPegaArchiver to application specific rule set and have set the timings to local time zone (GMT) - but I don’t see the archival happening. I am also unable to see any instances of Log-ArchivalResults. any other steps that I am missing?

You need to specialize job schedulers pyPegaArchiver, pyPegaIndexer and pyPegaPurger. Although the documentation refers to Log-ArchiveResults, interestingly nothing is logged there. You should look at the other log classes:
- pyPegaArchiver will log to Log-CrawlerResults ;
- pyPegaIndexer will log to Log-IndexerResults;
- pyPegaPurger will log to Log-PurgeResults.
The archival-metadata-table containing cases in the process of archiving/indexing can be found as instances of Data-ArchivalMetadata. The pyArchiveStatus can be Archive-Ready, Archived and Pending-Purge.
