PegaCHAT question: Should XMPP port also be externally available to the browsers used by customer?
The document (https://docs.pega.com/premises-chat-server-installation) for the on-premises chat implementation says on Page#3 "This port must be externally accessible to the browsers used by CSRs who will provide service using chat." The default is port 5280
Question: Should this XMPP port also be externally available to the browsers used by customer? or only between the the CSR browser and the CHAT server?

The XMPP port does not need to be open to customer browsers, only the CSR browsers.
