PEGA8.4 PRPC installation Error

Hi Team,

While installing PEGA 8.4 I'm getting the error as below.

     [echo] Waiting for Postgres to start... Unable to connect to database -- will retry in 1 second...

Error: 

BUILD FAILED C:\Users\ptirupa3\Desktop\116674_PE8.4.0\pegaGuiInstallerTemp0\build.xml:164: Unable to connect to database within 15 seconds.

While installing PEGA 8.4 I'm getting the error as below.

Hi Tirupati,

Thanks for posting the query.

As per the error, it seems that you are not able to connect to the database. Please check if you are able to connect to DB with the details like JDBC URL, user name and password.

If the issue still persists, please change the installation directory location. I mean if you have installed the PRPC in C: drive at your end, ignore the current installation and perform the fresh PRPC personal edition in the D: drive.
