Hi All,

When we try to run migrate.sh script to move schema to the new rules schema we are getting errors related to encoding. We have some turkish characters on pzinskey and upgrade scripts changes this turkish character with question mark(?) and because of that we get unique constraint errors. How we can avoid from these exceptions ? Do you have any idea ? Is there any config on migrate.sh that we can change the encoding to not loose the turkish characters ?
