Pega Update from 7.1.9 to 7.2.2 Framework compatability
Hi All
We are planning to update our PRPC engine from PRPC 7.1.9 to 7.2.2 and we have the following frame works Financial Services , Service Case Manager , Customer Service for Financial Services and Customer Service (CPM) on the Application Stack . Can we have the PRPC engine Updated and have all the other frame works on the lower versions . Will it be compatible or should we upgrade all these frameworks . (Please advice the quickest way as we have some short timelines for update.)

Based on Pega Customer Service for Financial Services (PCSFS) 7.1.4 Installation Guide, its prerequisites are:
PCS 7.1.4
SCMFS 7.1.4
FSIF 7.15
Pega 7.1.8 or higher
You have upgraded Pega Flatform from Pega 7.1.9 to Pega 7.2.2, you are asking if these old frameworks are compatible with Pega 7.2.2.
These frameworks were released much early than Pega 7.2.2. In general, they are compatible with the latest Pega 7.2.2. But, it is also possible that somewhere needs to be adjusted to adapt Pega 7.2.2.
I would suggest you to upgrade your frameworks too. There are new releases of frameworks, why don't you use them?
