Pega Training - can you reset a finished course?

Hi,

I have finished SYSTEM ARCHITECT ESSENTIALS over a year ago and would like to repeat the course. It is set to 100% and Exercise System fails to open (it opens just a blank page with 'Pega Academy Exercise System' title, tried it in 3 browsers). Is there a way to reset course progress? Has anyone experienced similar issues with the exercise system?

Thanks for posting on PSC. Happy New Year 2018.

Reset Quiz at the end of the module, Navigate Course->Option->Reset Quizzes. For ex:- I tried resetting quizzes for UI Specialist. Refer below:-

As you have completed "System Architect Essentials" course a year ago, it was for Pega product version 7.1.

Though, we have introduced a new course "System Architect Essentials" for Pega 7.2. 

Navigate:-

https://academy.pega.com->Learning Library->Search for System Architect Essentials->Start Learning.
