Pega Smart Investigate for Payments 8.5 material - You are not authorized to access this page

Hello,

I am constantly facing message "You are not authorized to access this page" when trying to access the Pega Smart Investigate for Payments 8.5 materials such as implementation guide, installation guide or upgrade guide.

Please find the attached screenshot, none of the links marked red is working for me. I already logged out and back in but I am still facing the same issue.

Any help is very much appreciated.
