PEGA SD(Smart Dispute) 7.21 VCR Implementation Questions

VISA supports both SOAP and REST based integration for VCR implementation. Confirm if SD 7.21 been validated with both SOAP and REST integrations. 

Based on our understanding, SD 7.21 has only the required mapping rules for the VCR integration. The connector rules (REST/SOAP) need to be configured based on respective Customer and VISA integration requirements. Confirm if this understanding is correct.
