As per your description and screenshot, I understand that in "HTML table designer window" you could see the values but not whole content inside table data i.e (<span>,<span>,<input>,<label>). If this is correct, you can proceed creating table, even if you see the values in "HTML table designer window".

Once table have been created from object explorer, open test controls methods for the table data control that was created. You can use get_InnerHtml method to get whole inner html tags present inside table data. once you get the innerhtml content use stringutils, etc.. as per your requirement.
