Pega Robotics excel Issue

In my project I have a requirement of getting data from a web application and sending that data to each row in an excel sheet one by one. First two iterations are successful and data has been captured in the excel, but on the third iteration web application is not responding and I am not getting any data on the excel. How to resolve it ?

Maggie,

No one is going to be able to advise you without more details.  The first thing to do would be to check your logs and post information about the errors being generated (if any).
