Pega Robotics 19.1.21.0 is not able to launch IE11 in Windows 7 machine
HI,
While interrogating a website "http://training.openspan.com" Pega Robotics version Proprietary information hidden is not able to launch IE11 in windows 7 machine. It is giving error "Adapter IEXPLORE.EXE, 919392 not processing message 642 because disposed or stopping". Without this the web adapter is not able to launch the webform and I am not able to interrogate. A speedy response is much awaited as I am preparing for certification next month.

Hi,
I have tried both the suggested approach. I have whitelisted Pega Robotics Application file("C:\Program Files (x86)\Pegasystems\Pega Robot Studio\OpenSpan.Studio.Shell.exe") in my antivirus and launched as administrator. But no luck.
There is no specific error only while I am trying to interrogate one WebApp, it is not launching the browser. I have managed to capture all the trace event and added in the file. The webapp I am trying to interrogate is the training url.
Can you please check below points;
- Launch Pega Robotic studio as admin user.
- If you have anti-virus or spyware or malware installed on your windows, whitelist Pega Robotics installation folder in it.
If you still face the same issue, post complete error message window.
