Pega Powerpoint Generator component Issue

Hi All,

I am using the Pega powerpoint generator component available in pega marketplace. After following all steps i am facing issues on click of button Generate Presentation. It is throwing this error "An error has occured. please contact your system administrator".

Our applications are hosted in Pega cloud so is restart of environment needed after importing the Pega Powerpoint presentation component jar files? 

Anyone who faced same issue and how it is resolved? Please help.
