Pega plus Talkdesk
The basic question is: Can Pega be used to build an interface on top of TalkDesk? Has anyone integrated these platforms in this way? There are many, sort of irrelevant, business reasons why we are looking into doing that. But essentially;
Is it possible? Is it not possible? (and if not tell me asap please so I can try to stop others from signing contracts!!)
If it is possible, what potential challenges should we be aware of?
