Pega Platform 8.8 compatibility with MSSQL 2022
Hello,
Is Pega version 8.8 compatible with Microsoft SQL Server version 2022 as an on-premise database?
It is not listed in the platform guide and want to verify

Hi @DonaldB16942983: If this is not listed in platform support guide, it is not recommended and not supported. Please use the database versions listed in the platform support guide.

Do we have some tentative timeline when Pega will start supporting MS SQL server 2022, If so from which version ?
This information is very critical for our DB strategy .

we would as well like to know about the MS SQL server 2022? We received internal upgrade of the database and need to answer to the team if we can or we cannot and why not. Thank you.

This database vendor/version is not yet supported but expected to be supported in the future.
It is on the roadmap but we cannot yet determine a Pega version or timescale for you.
Users considering that future upgrade will need to be aware and avoid cumulative updates #4 issue of https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/sql/releases/sqlserver-2022/incorrect-results-run-queries.
