Is Pega OpenSpan RPA compatible with Microsoft Virtualized Applications ? If yes then how to interrogate such applications ? What should be ideal Windows Adapter Configuration for such applications ?

Are you referring to App-V? If so, there is a setting that you need to enable on "the bubble" to allow external objects to interact with the bubble. Support should be able to get you the exact setting, but this must be enabled on "the bubble" to allow Pega Robotics to interact with it. Once enabled, it should interrogate like any other application.
