Pega OCR implementation

Hi Friends,

I have some requirement to read content from different types attachment like docs, pdf,jpg etc. in application  (not through email IVA) along with xerox or scanned version of files. How does Pega OCR works? is there any article from pega except those installation guide and vedios, please share. What are the file type it really support and implementation guide.

Also if anybody implemented in their project ,having real time experience ,please do share here.

Essentially, this converts the file into a PDF and from there you would use the PDF Connector to read the file. You can also process the input to text or to XML if you'd rather handle the parsing.
