PEGA is not able to parse the OIDC header

Dear All,

We are facing a tricky situation while migrating Pega 7.2 application to Amazon cloud. We will be using the OpenID Authentication but somehow PEGA is not able to parse the OIDC header.

Please let me know the solution for this.

How are you using OIDC connect in 7.2? is it a custom implementation? The OOTB OIDC functionality is only available from 7.4 onwards.
