pega mobile log file

How can i enable pega mobile log in device. I have gone through the below url 

https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/articles/application-development/85/log-files-tool and it is not much help. I am looking for the exact configuration for prLog4j.xml file .

 

We are using pega 8.5.1 and this instance is onpremise.
