Pega Mobile Application(android) Configuration Issues

Hi,

I have been working on mobile application development. While connecting the android application to the server, 90% of the times it is throwing an error, "Authentication failed".

(1) MobileBuildServerAuthentication is configured with default values and

default mobile build server URL.

(2) I have configured the operator to the mobile application portal.

(3) I noticed nothing in the Tracer while tracing the mobile app login requestor and security log which says that authentication has failed. 

Need some inputs for better understanding of the factors that are affecting the authentication.

Any help regarding this is appreciated.
