Pega Marketting Course - VM is not inititalizing when trying to install using Virtual Box
Hi ,
I downloaded Pega Marketing Enablement 7.21 ML0.VBOX from PDN and installed Virtual box to run the marketing vbox file.
I followed all the steps judiciously as given in the installation guide,
But when i started the VM i got a blank command screen unlike the login screen.I thought it was a load issue and tried to access the URL: http:// Proprietary information hidden but it did not load.(Screenshot attached)
I have tried to run several other applications like LSA 7 as well and faced the same issue.Could you please advice if this is an issue with my laptop config.
My laptop config is as below
Processor : AMD A4-6210 APU with AMD Radeon R3 graphics
RAM : 4 GB
System type : 64 bit OS , x64-based processor
Windows edition : Windows 10 Home

The base VM image for Pega Marketing requires 4G itself. Your entire host laptop only has 4G, I suspect that is why. Try on a machine with much bigger RAM, if it works, then that is why.

The VM is likely attempting to bind to an interface that is not in use.
Is your laptop connected to a network while you're running the VM? I had a similar problem and fixed it by changing the VM's network settings.

To complete your exercises you can now either use a cloud-based exercise system or a downloadable exercise system. You can request a cloud-based exercise system in the Practicing What You Learned lessons.
