Pega Marketing / best practices for customer data model
I'd like to know whether there is any reason to be cautious when adding dimensional entities to the customer class (eg home address, leads ...) or when adding additional customer contexts (eg leads) based on these entities ?
Are there any drawback as regards for example outbound campaign performance or use of adaptive models ?
Any guidelines and best practice would be much appreciated.
