PEGA Integration Specialist Exam and Course for 7.x version

Is the PEGA Integration Specialist Exam and Course available for 7.x version? Or is this exam and course discontinued?

I found the below link to Integration specialist course link for 6.2 version:

Will the course and certification be available for 7.x or 8.x versions?
