Pega initiated whatsapp chat to customer

Hi, 

Pega digital messaging presents itself as a customer initiated channel with escelation to an agent/csr.

We require that the agent have the ability to open the chat panel on pega and initiate a chat with the customer.

how would we go a bout achieving in leveraging the current integration with pega and not customising the platform.
