Hi am have downloaded trial of pega express

using the trial pega express is it possible to connect to external sql datasources

Hi

 

But i do not have designer studio

 

i only have the pega express 7 as i only have a 30 day trial

 

can i create these odbc connections etc using pega express ??

You won’t find any issue with this .

You can use NewExternalDatabaseClassMapping(Desi to map the properties of external datasource  with  PEGA .

Designer StudioàData ModelàClasses & PropertiesàDatabase Class Mappings.

Then you can use of OOTB RDB methods and connect-sql rule write your own query to access the data from external database .
