I verified headers on an out of office email. It does contain auto-submitted header.
1.) Do we need any additional configuration to be done to make this work? Such as adding the header in service method? or Server restart after adding the DSS?
2.) Where does this get invoked from? I am curious because we have some use cases where the business still needs OOO emails if the subject contains reference to I- case id. So we need to customize this filter logic based on some business needs. We did all content search but could not find anything. We are looking for an extension point
