Pega CTI with Anywhere365 cloud based contact center solution integrated for Microsoft Teams.
Hi Team,
Do we have any solutions implemented for Pega CTI with Anywhere365 cloud based contact center solution integrated for Microsoft Teams.
We had on-prem, TCP version of A365 broker for Skype for business, which was customized to support REST interface to allow subscription and notification of events. However, this customization can not be extended for Microsoft Teams and also the roadmap is to consume cloud based contact center solution.
Looks like Anywhere365 Web Agent in Azure cloud can utilize SalesForce CTI. https://golive.anywhere365.io/onprem/platform_elements/webagent_for_salesforce/webagent_for_salesforce.html
Did anyone explore this with Pega CTI ?
