Pega CRM Notification & Chart questions
Hi,
I have 2 question about the features of Pega. Can I do the reporting chart for dasboard for example how many calls an agent accept and reject is it possible the monitor it on a char?
At also are there any possibility for when an agent didn't check the notification for a while can i set up a reminder for uncheck notifications?
