Pega Comparison tool not working and not showing the differences in rules

I have downloaded the Pega comparison tool and installed local machine. Tries to compare both Dev and Prod to identify the differences in the rules. the Tool is not displaying the popup message when user clicks the submit button and also the results/reports are not generated.
