Pega Community version
I am playing around with Pega Community trial version. While working on it I found few issues.
1. I could not find the debugging tools in portal even when I am using author access group. I checked all the privileges and do not see any issue with them.
2. Pega suggest to use UI pages for custom landing pages. To test I create one. I created a widget so that I could add it to UI pages but looks like I cannot access it at all.
3. How to build a custom landing pages which will have custom functionality?

Can you highlight what you already tried and what you see? What are you wanting to debug?
Can you clarify what you mean w.r.t 'custom landing pages'?
Did you follow the steps documented in Creating a landing page for an application ?
Note: Landing pages use the Constellation architecture. For applications that use section-based UI without Constellation landing pages, see Creating and managing pages for applications.
Note that Community Edition " allows access to the complete dev toolset that comes with Pega Platform. This includes App Studio, Dev Studio and Prediction Studio"
