PEGA Chat transcript email format Enhancement feasibility
I've some enhancement work on PEGA chat, is it feasibility in PEGA ?
1. Any possibilities to customize the transcript email format with our signature from OOTB ?
2. Any possibilities to change the attached file extension from .txt to .pdf with read-only format ?
Please help me to give some tips / ideas to achieve this.

Below is my requirement:
On CS chat application when do wrap-up, the conversation get ended and transcript email has been sent to requestor email address with attached txt file.
1. The attached chatlog.txt file is an below format.
SYSTEM said - Customer has connected. @ 10:34PM,
Customer said - hello @ 10:34PM
Marley said - hello @ 10:34PM
Marley said - Greetings @ 10:34PM
Customer said - Good day @ 10:34PM
Customer said - I have questions on a request i submitted last week @ 10:34PM
System said - The chat session has disconnected @ 10:35PM
Excepted Format:
[5/6/2019 10:34 AM] Marley: Hello
[5/6/2019 10:34 AM] Tom: Hello
2. I want attached file should be pdf file instead of txt.
I hope this is a clear requirement and please let me know where the place in PEGA I need to do customize OOTB for above requirements.
