Is Pega Change Manager (PCM) from Pega Market Place free to use in organizations having licensed PEGA product?

Hello,

We are using PEGA 8.x version in our organization and we want to use PCM which is available in Pega marketplace.

Before we use PCM (Pega Change Manager) from Pega Market Place, we wanted to know if it is free to use in organizations having licensed PEGA product.
