Pega Certification CSSA 7.4

​Hello,

I have a problem with registration for an CSSA exam. I wanted to schedule an exam but unfortunately it's not possible because it shows me a message:

Pegasystems Inc policy requires that a perequisite exam must have been passed in order to register for exam PEGACSSA74V1
I passed my CSA in 2017 but I used diffrent PEARSON VUE account for registration with company email which now is not active, because I changed work. Is there any way to assign my certification to my current account?

You will need to contact PearsonVUE to update your account before being able to register for the exam. The quickest way to resolve is to Chat Online with them:  https://home.pearsonvue.com/pegasystems/contact
