Pega Call with Geneysis
For implementation of Full telephony (answering calls from Pega portal without having to switch to another application)with Genesys , do we need Genesys connect? Or can we make use of the softphone from Pega CS.
Also are there any additional advantages of using webservice based call link over SDK based.
