Pega BIX XML Extract Doesnt generate completely and produces End of File errors randomly only in one environment

We are utilising Daily delta BIX XML extracts in Pega Version 8.4. The BIX files are generated completely without errors for majority of dates. 

Randomly on some days Incomplete BIX XML Files are generated without throwing any exceptions  in our prod environment only. 

Unsure of the root cause as no errors are observed during extraction process. 

Downstream systems are unable to parse the file and generate below errors

was expecting a close tag for element <pyDeferErrors>
was expecting a close tag for element <pxStepID>

These errors are happening for many xml extracts and impacts around 20% of the Bix runs.

Bix extract rule is not running on Background/bix node,only runs in webusernode. I am running extract rule using Jobscheduler.
