Current setup is using pega BIX to deposit data on SQL Server. I am curious if there is any documentation on what the primary key / foreign key structure should be between the parent tables and the multiple levels of hierarchically embedded sets of fields (referred to as pages, page lists, and page groups) and their associated tables?
