Pega and Dynatrace Integration for Real User Monitoring
At our Organization, Dynatrace was chosen as Enterprise Monitoring Tool. Part of the monitoring solution, Dyantrace provides Real User Monitoring,
Dynatrace Real User Monitoring (RUM) collects metrics from customers' web browsers and correlates the browser data with server-side information obtained from OneAgent. Web browser data is collected by a JavaScript tag that is placed inside the HTML of the web applications' web pages.
[OneAgent JavaScript tag injection is performed automatically during installation for Java, Apache HTTP Server, IIS, NGINX, and Node.js.]
After we install the OneAgent, it supposed to inject the java script and collect the data to send it to Dynatrace Server. However, we do not see the RUM data in the Dynatarce Server or we do not see any Java script injection on the Pega based web applications.
Wondering if any one has successfully configured the RUM [Manual or Automatic] for Pega based applications, please share the details or the steps.
Dynatrace Vendor team would like to know how Java script injection happens on Pega Servers which are backed by IHS [WebSphere Web Server 8.5.x/9.0.05] and WAS [WebSphere Application Server 8.5.x/9.0.05]
Thanks!
