I have a requirement to display the users details on the footer at all times. I created a page list property that references the users data, I tried it as "copy" and "reference" but for some reason that is not working either nor is it showing up in the tracer for me to trace. I then tried using a data transform to pull the data from the database and populate it into a field I created, even that too is not working nor is the tracer tool being of any help for me to trace the problem. Lastly I tried using a keyed data page to access the data but that's not working either. The strange thing is I used the exact same configuration in another case type and it worked but on my current case type its just not working. Any suggestions anyone????
