Dear Team,

In the Pega cloud environment, I am trying to connect to Office365 outlook with basic authentication with below config details.

host: smtp.office365.com

port: 587 

Test connectivity is successful. But, getting the below exception as part of the outbound email. 

Error: 

[MSG][Unexpected exception caught while trying to send an email message.][STACK][com.sun.mail.smtp.SMTPSendFailedException: 451 5.7.3 STARTTLS is required to send mail [SJ0PR05CA0172.namprd05.prod.outlook.com] at 

Attached the complete error log. 

I tried with port 25 as well. Test connectivity is successful, still the same error.

Please shed some light, if any specific step needs to be requested with the Pega Cloud team in order to connect to office365 outlook.
