Pega 8.1 Personal Editon Installation error on Virtual machine

Hi,

I use MacOS(mojave) and i have installed Parallels(VM) software. I have a windows 10 edition installed in VM and i am trying to install Pega 8.1 . But the installation is failing and it is throwing up error "Unable to Connect to postgres sql".

Can you please let me understand in which way i can resolve this issue
