Pega 7.3.1 Node Type

With Pega 7.3.1 it is possible to give every node a Node Type: Search, WebUser, BIX, BackgroundProcessing, Custom1, Custom2, Custom3 etc

We have Pega Marketing 7.31 running and gave ADM,VBD, Data Flow there own node, we would like to give a ADM node for example a Node Type called ADM.

I'm wondering is it also possible to rename Custom1 to something else like ADM?

Any idea?

Hi, in Pega 7.3.1 the node types are explicitly defined and cannot be renamed.  In Pega 8.1 we have introduced some more flexibility in defining node types that allows for any name to be used to represent a logical node type.
