Pega 7.3 Utility Shape as a step type Case Designer
When I try to add step to the process on the case designer I can not add utility shape as a step type. That's why I can not complete the Pega Express exercise for Pega LSA 7.3 course. Is this a bug or I need to make any other configuration.

Pega Express does not support adding utility shapes to flows since doing so requires knowledge of activities which Express does not expose.
Users would have to switch to Designer Studio to add utility shapes using the Cases view – but need Pega 7.3.1.
As a last resort the flow rule can be edited directly after launching it from the Cases view.
It is not necessary to use the Designer Studio App or Records view to locate and launch a flow rule.

Ok. Then I understand that Pega Academy LSA course exercises are implemented by Pega 7.3.1 and virtual image is 7.3 that's why they are different and when we try to make the exercises we will see some differences because of this. Do we have chance to download pega 7.3.1 ?

Hello, yes, your understanding is correct. The materials are written for 7.3.1 but the exercise environment provided is 7.3. The course is considered Beta for this reason. The 7.3.1 course image is not yet available for download. Regards, Tara Self Study Support Team
