Pega 7.2: rule form header appearing twice

We observed that the header of the rule for ex. section is appearing twice as in the below screenshot

Its very unique to our dev environment and i have not observed the issue in other environments.

What could have gone wrong?

Hi Avinash,

Thank you for raising this query.

I tested the header for OOTB sections such as RuleFormHeader in multiple browsers - IE 11, Firefox and Chrome - however, the header is rendering as expected.

Could you please clear the browser cache and test the headers again?
